Australian residents must pay in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

All prices at Collect & Play are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payments are accepted via PayPal. You may pay with funds, credit card or bank deposit/transfer. These payments are processed securely (SSL) through PayPal. There are no additional fees for this service.

Payments via Australia Post Money Order are also accepted.

Shipping and item inquiries prior to placing an order are most welcome.

If you forget to request insurance or make any other requests (comments) at the time of placing your order, please contact us ASAP and we will make sure to amend the order and/or generate a new one.

We endeavor to pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days of payment.

Shipping
All orders are packed with the utmost of care.

All shipping quotes are based on the weight and dimensions of the final package, not just the items, this includes stuffing (packing, protective materials) and the box, satchel and/or envelope (shipping container).

Shipping is charged at an Australia wide rate, you pay the same no matter which state you reside in (excluding special offers, and discounts for South Australia). These prices are an approximate average of what Australia Post charges us.

Free shipping is applicable to all orders where the "standard postage" option has been selected.

Orders of 1 to 3 minifigures are usually sent via regular mail/post for "standard postage" orders.

Orders of 4 or more (with no limits) minifigures are sent via Click & Send and are usually packed and sent in an eBay flat rate stachel and include tracking, for "standard postage" orders.

Express Post (with tracking) is provided as an option for selected weight ranges. For guaranteed next business day delivery you must reside within the Express Post Network. See the Australia Post website for further details. Please also allow for a minimum of 1 business day for handling time. Depending on the time of day (and which day) you place your order you may not receive your order the next business day.

Shipping is calculated in realtime, as you add items to your Cart, the final shipping charge will display. Final shipping charges will also be displayed at checkout.

Alternative shipping options, when applicable, may also be offered at checkout.

There is no additional handling charge.

Although the utmost of care is taken on all orders packaged and sent, insurance is available at your request (contact us). Insurance, by default, only covers the cost of the items ordered, it does not cover the shipping charges. The minimum charge for insurance, at the time of writing, is $2.95, this includes $100 insurance cover. Additional insurance is available above this rate.

In the case of a package being lost or damaged, we do not take responsibility, it is at your own risk. However, please do contact us immediately if you have a concern with your order, insured or not. We will do our best to help rectify the problem. Great customer service is very important to us.

Returns
In Australia, consumers have the legal right to obtain a refund for goods purchased (not at auction) if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the description.
